WHY WE BEGAN
Grounded in the work.
Our founder, Julien Serrano-O’Neil, built his career in nonprofit leadership, higher education, public administration, communications, and civic engagement. JSO was created to bring that lived executive perspective to organizations navigating growth and change.
We have worked on scholarship efforts, strategic plans, board development, community partnerships, programs, campaigns, and organizational systems. That experience shapes the way we listen, plan, and help teams execute.
